- Handcrafted, hand-embroidered, hand-printed and artisanal products may contain natural variations;
- Fabric texture, embroidery placement and print appearance may vary slightly from photographs;
- Measurements may have minor variations resulting from manufacturing and tailoring processes; and
- Product availability may change from time to time.
Such variations, where inherent to the materials or craftsmanship, will not necessarily constitute a defect.
5. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
NEH offers products that may be made to order or prepared specifically after an order is placed.
Production may therefore commence after an order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
Because of the made-to-order nature of certain products, cancellations, returns and exchanges may be subject to restrictions set out in our applicable policies.
Where a product has been specifically customised according to measurements, instructions or other requirements provided by you, cancellation, return or exchange may not be available except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the order.
6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit quantities;
- Discontinue products;
- Modify product specifications;
- Correct product or pricing errors; or
- Decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and our refund procedures.

12. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Because many NEH products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is confirmed.

Cancellation requests will be considered based on the production status of the order and our applicable cancellation policy.
Once production or customisation has commenced, cancellation may not be possible except where required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
13. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges and refunds for NEH products are governed by our applicable Return & Refund Policy.
Because many of our products are made to order, eligibility for cancellation, return or exchange may be subject to specific conditions.
Nothing in these Terms or our policies is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory consumer rights or remedies available under applicable Indian law.

14. ALTERATIONS
Where alteration services are offered, alterations may be subject to additional charges and applicable logistics costs.
Alterations must be requested within the applicable timeframe communicated by NEH.
Alterations carried out according to customer instructions may affect eligibility for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable size chart and measurement information before placing an order.
